If you’re not satisfied with the products you received, you can return or exchange them in one of the following ways:
Contact us through our contact form, request a return label, and send the item back by post. You may exchange the product for a different one. If the exchange is due to a defect or malfunction, we will replace it with a new item and ship it to you at no additional cost.
If the product didn’t meet your expectations, you may return it for a refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and let us know that you wish to return it. Then send the item back to us at the following address:

Our goal is to process returns within 7 business days from the time they arrive at our warehouse. The refund will be issued within 30 days after the return has been handled.
